Take our MSM twice per day. Bathe in hot water with 3 boxes of sea salt and 3-5 drops of essential oil of peppermint added to it, daily. Rub some olive oil on your back and then apply a few drops of essential oil of peppermint and/or wintergreen and massage into your back where the pain is. Apply a heat pad to your back daily. Get massage therapy performed.
