I just finished the Full Body Cleanse and I feel great. My skin condition has improved; the raised bumps on my arms are better. I am going to start the 10 Day Colon Cleanser tomorrow. What do you else do you recommend for my skin? After the 10 Day Colon Cleanser, can I immediately start the weight loss compounds?

For your skin I recommend use of Oxy-Oil. And yes, you can start one cleanse after the next. No problem at all in doing this!
