I just purchased the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen and today is my first day. I'm unable to get through on our inquiry line. The diet isn't completely clear to me. Although it says miso soup is OK, I'm unclear on other things. For instance, is tofu OK? What about hummus? What do sprouted grains consist of? Would Eziekial sprouted grain breads and tortillas be OK?

The miso soup is the exception to the dietary rule! NO tofu, NO Ezekiel grain breads (no processed grains at all). Sprouted grains are grains (or seeds) soaked in water overnight and consumed.
