Simply read the information on our site under Fertility Kit and Regimen. Or, write down the individual herbs we use in the kit and regimen and research each and every one of them. Do a google search under HERBS or purchase a good herbal book from a major book chain. Just go to the bookstore and hang out for a few hours and you'll find much. Seek and ye shall find!
