Many of these kits or all of them I think include an herbal colon cleanser of some type... I'm one that doesn't use public bathrooms...talk about sickening..seriously somebody at my work has managed to crap on the wall in the past so needless to say I don't use bathrooms other than my own. Anyway my question is will these things make you run to the bathroom? Or is it gentle enough I can make it 4-6 hours? Also if I were to order multiple kits are they OK to use all at the same time? Or is it suggested to use on then start on the other? After all I know the body can only get rid of toxins so fast.

1. No, the colon herbs won't cause daytime need to defecate as you take them at night before bed. 2. No, you cannot take all 3 kits simultaneously - too many capsules to take! You can take one at a time, but you can take them back to back. Please read "How To Take Herbs".
