Sounds like a circulation problem! Start getting up to move around or stretch every 15-30 minutes! Be religious in doing this! Sounds like you also need more potassium too. One banana isn't going to get the job done. You need to eat at least 5 bananas for minimum potassium. Otherwise, start taking 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water (with a pinch of sea salt added to it) for minimum potassium. We would also recommend that you get a massage, preferably therapeutic deep tissue massage.
