Will the Oxy Oil help me get rid of the hyper pigmentation on my face? I have tried facials and use Hydroquinone (2%) on a daily basis plus I use sunscreen. I have tried different skin lighteners, and also went the other way and tried to darken the lighter areas by getting a suntan on the lighter areas of my face! What do you suggest?
