I've been suffering with geographic tongue all my life. According to doctors and online inquiries, there is no cure. Please say it ain't so! I also was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at age 24 and now I am 38 (just had a 3rd surgery) I didn't see these diseases listed. What would you suggest?

Just because it says there's no cure doesn't mean that you can't get rid of it. In many cases it can go away on its own with self-care treatmesnt and diet change. Stay away from hot, spicy, or acidic foods or dried, salty nuts. Avoid tabacco and toothpaste with additives, whitening agents, or heavy flavoring. Switch to a natural toothpaste and mouthwash. I ordered both the Uterus Formula and Female Hormonal (to tame my hot flashes). Should I take both product dosages at the same time or should the dosages be taken at different times of the day?

Take the formulas about 2-3 hours apart. However, if you really want to (only for convenience purposes), you can take the formulas together. Please read "How To Take Herbs".

My doctor prescribed me DILTIAZEM CD 180MG twice a day; I check my pressure 3 times a day normal reading are 141/80. I don't want to take a pill rest the rest of my life.
