I have purchased and started your Full Body Cleanse (FBC) but I need your advice. I'm a so-called diabetic, I'm not overweight 5'9" 140lbs. I've read many of your articles including the one titled "Can I take my medication with FBC?" The first day I started the detox, I didn't take my meds and all I ate was fruits and veggies but my blood sugar was higher than it had been in a long time...356 to be exact. So I stopped and started this week, while taking my meds and it's still been higher than normal...in the 200's range. I understand that you stated that the herbs would be working against the meds since they're considered poisons in the body. My concern is this, I want to continue to cleanse my body but I don't want my blood sugar to stay out of control for an extended period of time...for obvious reasons. My question is, what do you suggest I do in continuing this cleanse? Will the FBC regulate my blood sugar levels over the next 2 weeks as my body begins to repair itself? Or should I continue taking my meds until I'm done with the cleanse? I plan to do the pancreas cleanse next. Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Peace!

Like we clearly and unequivocally explain in so many of our articles, the body is and will regulate itself and you will see this via fluctuation. Levels will be up and down and inconsistent. Your body is going to heal in its own way so if you are concerned about high levels for extended periods of time, you may want to take your meds and refrain from taking the herbs until your levels reach a level you feel safe with. You know, religion is not the only thing that requires faith. Healing requires faith too!

I just ordered your Full Body Cleanse (FBC) for both my husband and myself. Last week my OB called (on my birthday no less) to inform me that my recent pap showed abnormal cell activity with cervical dysplasia and possible adenocarcinoma in situ. My pap a year ago was normal but I was HPV positive. Since her call I've been eating a high raw diet, doing castor oil packs, drinking an herbal tea blend, meditating, visualization, taking protease herbs, working on releasing old negative emotions and taking sitz baths with a strong calendula tea blend. My colonoscopy to examine the cells further is later today. I know all that I am doing is helping and that I am healing. My question is: once I complete the FBC I'd like to also do your Uterus Formula cleanse. Will this cleanse also help with the cervical dysplasia and adenocarcinoma in situ? I looked at the Full Body Cleanse it states that you can lose approx 10-50 lbs, I have lost about 25 lbs from April to present I really do not want to lose anymore. Will I lose any more according to this detox program? I really did not want to lose anymore and actually look sick.

Losing 10-50 pounds is a general statement. Doesn't mean you're going to lose 50 pounds. It only means you stand to lose or release between 10 and 50 pounds. Do you have any suggestions for a breakfast, lunch & dinner schedule? I'm making the transition to a healthier diet due to fibroid tumors. Currently I have broken my eating menu into 3 parts, breakfast - fruits, lunch - salads, & dinner - baked potato or any other heavy meal I intend to eat. Is this a good start? Any suggestions you can give on healthier meals for dinner are most appreciated.

A friend of mine took her 7 year old daughter to the doctor because she had noticed something rare in her underwear. The doctor informed my friend that her daughter was starting her period. The doctor prescribed her hormones but to really think about it before she started her daughter on the hormones. I suggested to my friend that she shouldn't do it. Which is why I decided to check out this site. I know that now in days a lot of our food is contaminated with hormones. Could that be a reason why her daughter is starting her period at such a young age? Any type of information would be greatly appreciated.

We would recommend for her daughter to drink the Female Health Tea, a cup a day. Nature is taking its course and all you can do now is to get in tune with it. Poor diet may be the reason why she is going through puberty at such a young age. It's probably too late to try and stop her period but it is never too late to start eating healthy. She needs to stay away from animal products and processed foods. Her diet should consist of mostly fruits and veggatables.

The doctor told my sister that my 1 year old nephew has a heart murmur and that they will check again in 3 months and if it does not go away they will have to proceed with medication etc. I told her not to give him any doctor prescribed medication but I was not able to find any information regarding heart murmurs in children on your website, please provide some insight. I have dark spots on my lips, what is causing it? And what can I do or take to stop it or turn it back?

I am a woman have a large uterus fibroid (the ultrasound shows), it's located outside of the wall of my uterus.
