I am trying to get through this period hoping that my eczema will improve soon. I bought some Vitamin E oil which helps a bit but it is very uncomfortable and irritated and has been for the past 5 days or so on both my face and neck.

Vitamin E is crap (soybean oil). Use olive oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, or some other natural oil.
