Wow..wow wow!! Working in my yard is one of my favorite things. Even though it is tiring, it gives me a sense of peace and joy to be out in nature and see miracles performed daily. When I use Athletic Boost before going out in my yard, I lose track of time. When my neighbors have since long gone in the house, I am still out working and enjoying it. Athletic Boost helps me to complete my projects and in great time. When I forget to take it, I realize in the middle of the project and there has to be a part 2 the next day. I also don't recover as well. I can definitely tell a difference...so now its my pre yard work out along with a few other Dherbs early in the day, that keep me going. I cant go without it. I'm even thinking about starting a new garden this season because of how great I'm feeling now. *
