My boyfriend and I did the Full Body Cleanse together so we could support each other and hold each other accountable. I must say it was very easy in the beginning as we LOVE fruits and vegetables. Towards the end I started to think I wasn't going to make it as I was having a hard time finding some types of dips to eat with my fruits. But I did make it. He lost 18 pounds and I lost 16! I did the Full Body Cleanse about a year ago. I totally recommend it. I was feeling sluggish, no energy, sleeping pattern was off.
