I recently tried the Full Body Detox. On the first day after the second set of capsules I noticed I was breathing more clearly. The next morning I woke up I did not have to clear my throat of mucus the way I would usually have to. I noticed better sleep patterns, once I was a sleep I was out for the count; I woke up each morning feeling rested and I was no longer tired throughout my day. I did not take the Full Body Detox to lose weight as I only weigh 124 lbs. did it because all though I do not have weight issues, I have very poor eating habits and my body was beginning to suffer from it.
