I did the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse and was super impressed with my results. I went from 198 lbs to 180 lbs in 20 days. I lost 3 points off my BMI and went down to 20% body fat. I have always been athletic but needed something to help get me back on track, Not only was the weight loss successful. My skin look better, I sleep better and I feel better overall. The pills are easy to take and the bowel movements are not harsh. The first several days were a bit of an adjustment but after that it came pretty easy to me. I am a salad and veggie eater anyway so the raw veggie diet was not that hard. I would recommend the Full Body Cleanse to anyone who needs a restart. *

I just finished the 20 DAY FULL BODY CLEANSE two weeks ago and LOVED IT!!!! I'm not a big raw vegetable fan, but I did do raw veggies, fruits and water along with the cleanse and I lost 24 lbs in 20 days. I was shocked that this product worked. Very satisfied with my result: 10 pounds in 8 days. Much harder to stay committed when cooking for the family, but I held strong for 13 days and very glad if my results. I am already a plant-based eater who incorporates a raw eating diet from time to time. While I did the cleanse, I stuck with eating raw and juicing around the clock and taking these herbs. Setting alarms/notifications on my phone helped me stay on schedule with my water and herbal supplement intake. As a result, I had increased energy and clarity that lasted all day and night. I was energized to the point of cleaning my whole house. I always slept well prior to the cleanse due to my plant-based diet, but this cleanse along with eating raw had me popping out of bed wide awake and ready to start my day with NO caffeine assistance. People were noticing the glow that my skin was showing. One friend thought I had on some amazing foundation and was floored when I told her that I didn't have anything on my face!
