The first time I completed the Full Body Detox, I had to take 2-3 pills instead of 5. My first week on the detox was extremely hard, and I struggled with following the diet regimen. I craved sugar and hot foods, and I grew tired of eating salads. However, after my first week, I began to see major changes in my energy level as well as my attitude. The detox soon became routine. I found a few raw recipes online, and I got creative with the dressings. I didn't drop the amount of weight that I thought I would, but I felt great at the end of my detox. I will probably try the Full Body Detox a second time. *

I just finished the full body detox and I must say that I was really surprised. A friend of mine talked me into it and I tried. I cheated alot and now wish I hadnt. My clothes are so big on me. My face cleared up and I didnt feel so tired all the time. I am going to try the woman's cleanse but this time stick to the diet and Im sure of fantastic results *

I have been on the FBDK for 4 days, and for a testament for all newbies, so far I feel great. My fear of the unknown has subsided. I now know what to expect and I am fully aware of what pills I am taking and what they are for.
