Bowel Motion has helped me significantly. I have struggled with constipation and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I went from having a bm every 3-4 days to having a bm every day. It has me regular, helps with bloating, and uncomfortable feeling. It doesn’t cramp my stomach much. But when you have to go, you have to go.
