This stuff certainly causes "motion" and will clean you out but it was too much for me. I have been taking it as part of the weight release cleanse and regimen and have been taking it every night for the past 7 days. I am normally on the constipated side and didn't think it would be a problem but I have had a terrible stomach ache/cramps/bloating and diarrhea since the very first evening i took these pills. I was up for several hours some nights cause my stomach just wouldn't settle. The pain felt like someone was twisting a knife in my stomach. I have been drinking a ton of water and last night i started showing signs of dehydration because everything was literally going straight through me. I would eat or drink and in 5 minutes i was in the bathroom. Someone shared with me that Senna leaves (first ingredient) is a powerful laxative and does not work for some people so I decided to skip it last night and i slept all night and feel so much better this morning! I'm rating is as a 4 because it certainly does work but also wanted to make people aware this can happen. I was thinking it may have been the sudden change of diet of only raw fruits and vegetables that was my stomach was getting used too but after skipping it last night I feel certain it was these pills. I will continue to take it but will decrease the amount and only a few times a week to see if i can tolerate it better! *

The capsules worked very well so I decided to try the tea and it did absolutely nothing. I had to reorder the capsules. Going to try to return the tea. *

I feel like this works. If I don't take this, I do not have a bowl movement what so ever. This helps. But I feel like it's something I have to continue to take in order to be regular. They don't give you cramps or make you feel bloated, like most over the counter meds. Overall I think they work good. The shipping is very inconvenient but sometime it does take forever to get your shipment. I recommend that when you are halfway done with the bottle, to go ahead and reorder. It always says it will be here on a certain day but it never arrives on that day. *

I have problems with being regular in movement and was quite amazed when taking these capsules. It really did keep me moving daily. This is something I was not used to. The capsules did not have an after taste and were easy to swallow. *

I have always had a "slow" system but due to treatment of cancer with medication it was worse. I feel this product makes it easy to "move" toxins out without harsh side effects. I recommend it to anyone who has problems with peristalsis or slow moving colon for whatever reason, it works! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the price, I have been using this product for many years and the price creeps up constantly. That is disappointing in these times. I take 3 every night before bed. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it works well to keep me regular, but I get some occasional cramping, usually in the morning. Drink plenty of water, it'll help! I'm ordering another bottle now, it's priced well in my opinion. *
