These Hair Skin Nails pills work 100%. I was breaking out and some of the products I was using were helping but it wasn't until I did the parasite cleanse from Dherbs that I noticed total clarity with my skin. After I stopped that I'd occasionally get blemishes, even though the the cleanse helped to lessen the frequency. Since I started taking the Hair Skin Nails pills my skin hasn't broken out at all and I have no congestion. I'm super happy with my complexion!! SO SO happy. I am doing peels to remove a few dark marks from when I was breaking out, but I have NO new blemishes. This works for skin!! My hair feels noticeably thicker too, but I also use vegamour which I think helps as well. I will never stop taking these pills!!!! *
