These vitamins really grows my nails. I am prone to breakage due to a health condition. It took about 30 days after I saw any results. Some products you have to wait awhile to get into your system to take affect. Hair growth is a different story. I haven't seen too much progress with my hair growth. That's the reason I only give 4 stars. *

I had doubts about using Dherbs Hair Skin Nails. However in the last three weeks of using this product I have noticed that my skin looks smoother, my nails grow very quickly and look healthier, and my hair has thickened. My reason for buying this product is because I damaged my hair with perms. My hair was thinned, weak, and broken off. I can tell of some hair growth... though it’s not an overnight process. I can tell however, that my hair has thickened and it is getting its natural texture back. My little spouts of gray is even controllable. I will continue to use this product. I will post again when see noticeable hair growth. *

I’m still taking the product (Hair Skin Nails Formula) and testing it, which is why I didn't add another star. But so far after almost 2 weeks my skin is great, and my hair is thicker than before. I’m noticing changes in my hair, but I haven't had any problems with my skin after taking these capsules. I will stay committed. *
