I notice a difference when I drink this tea regularly and when I don’t. The taste has to be acquired but it’s not too bad with a little agave or stevia. *

I started using this product after completing the cleanse which included this product. It didn't require any sweetener in my opinion and was able to drink it right down. I would drink this either early in the morning or right before I would go to bed. I would notice a bit of energy when drinking it in the mornings vs at night. It was nice and calming to my stomach and didn't allow me to have any nauseous feelings. This is one of the best herbal teas that I have purchased to date next to drinking green tea. I feel that I get more of a benefit from this tea vs the ones I purchased in the store - perhaps it's due to the ingredients being all natural - in it's natural state. *

At first I wasn't sure if I was going to like it, not much of a tea drinking it after I drunk it seem like it made me feel more alert had energy during the day. *
