I am 4 days in the cleanse. Doing well. The herbs do not upset my stomach and the tea doesn't taste bad. It's completely doable. Before the cleanse my brain was not connected to my stomach. I would eat without being hungry. Quantities were too big. Now I'm simply trying to reset. I have around 10 lbs to lose. *

I am currently deployed overseas and I will say to get to the Middle East it took about 10 days. I took the product and it was great to jump start my weight loss Covid 19 hit hard but the cleanse helped me fight off everything. I usually do the 20 day I tried this and it was perfect I have continued losing weight even after I completed the regiment! I purchased the 10 day Full Body Cleanse express for a quick jumpstart to changing my lifestyle for the better. My cholesterol was a little high & I wanted to bring it back down to normal levels. I followed the meal plan as best as I could and overall I had great energy (I was able to get up early with no problems & I AM NOT a morning person), I dropped 10lbs, my skin cleared up a bit and I know my body was ridding itself of impurities. It’s very hard trying at my age to start losing weight. With making time for gym classes, biking, or long brisk walk. Don’t know I got to out of shape.
