This cleanse helped me reach my weight loss goal and helped me in the process of lowering my A1C by 2 points. I recommend highly!!! I have since put the Detox Formula on auto ship. I have also decreased my medications because of losing weight and living healthier. The 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express was easy to follow, I felt in control the entire time. The tea was tasty, the charcoal blend was not bad, overall I thoroughly enjoyed the cleanse. I would try the 20 day but the 10 was good enough for me. I felt engaged the entire 10 days. This is a great way to start the process for beginners. Loved the results and will continue to use this and other products. I am going to do the 20 day full body cleanse. Once that is completed I am going to do the maintenance package. I was concerned about the bowel movement. In the past, other products for bowel movements would cramp my stomach very bad. This product did not do that. You do have a sensation when it is time but no cramping. I also did not have the worry of running straight to the restroom to avoid an accident. *

I've used the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse and lost 20 pounds. I had started the gain some the the weight I lost back therefore I decided to do the10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express to recoup the lost weight. It worked wonderfully and I lost 7 pounds. This made my total weight lost for the two products come to a total of 23 pounds. Great product! Works great! *
