The Weight Release Cleanse worked a great deal for me, I lost a total of 12 pounds! Although it was tough to stick to the diet plan and some days I included foods that were not on the plan, I was able to stick to the plan 90% of the time. I have continued on to the Maintenance Package which helped me shed more weight and I just reordered the Maintenance Package today. I cannot say enough the plan works but you have to mentally be prepared to adjust your diet. *

So happy there was no charcoal with this cleanse. Overall, this was a lot harder for me as I did my best to stick to it as close as possible. Especially with taking a weeks break between cleansing. I immediately started this once I felt myself slacking. So weight cleanse to the rescue and it put me back on track by drinking the master cleanse beverage in the morning after increasing my water content of 2 liters a minimum a day. This is my first time doing this weight release cleanse. It is a lot of pills to take in one day but I definitely lost weight even while cheating on the diet plan a few times. At the end, I felt better and lost about ten pounds. My skin looks better too. *

This will be my 3rd purchase of the Weight Release. I came from a whopping 205 pounds to a current 160 lbs. I did lose all my clothes but that was my idea to be smaller and toned.
