I have 2 days left on the Weight Release Program and I am already down 12 pounds. For several months, I have exercised consistently and basically have watched what I ate. I could see my pants getting tighter and tighter. Always been feeling that since my age has slowed down my metabolism to a snail's pace, and its hopeless to forget about losing weight. The Weight Release Cleanse worked a great deal for me, I lost a total of 12 pounds! Although it was tough to stick to the diet plan and some days I included foods that were not on the plan, I was able to stick to the plan 90% of the time. I have continued on to the Maintenance Package which helped me shed more weight and I just reordered the Maintenance Package today. I cannot say enough the plan works but you have to mentally be prepared to adjust your diet. *

So happy there was no charcoal with this cleanse. Overall, this was a lot harder for me as I did my best to stick to it as close as possible. Especially with taking a weeks break between cleansing. This is my first time doing this weight release cleanse. It is a lot of pills to take in one day but I definitely lost weight even while cheating on the diet plan a few times. At the end, I felt better and lost about ten pounds. My skin looks better too. *

This will be my 3rd purchase of the Weight Release. I came from a whopping 205 pounds to a current 160 lbs. I did lose all my clothes but that was my idea to be smaller and toned. My Md. wanted to put me on cholesterol medication which I decline. I told her my cholesterol would be down in the next visit. After the cleanse she was shocked as my weight was also a problem.
