Reviews: Full Body Cleanse

I just competed the Full Body Cleanse. I never fall for celebrity reviews because often times I know they are getting paid to endorse a product. I prefer to hear from everyday people. I was very impressed with their testimonials so I decided to give it a try. I am a 56 yr old menopausal woman. When I called to inquire about the product I was told that because of menopause, I would probably only lose 7-8 lbs. I gained 15-20 lbs over the last 18m (due to menopause) and I want to get it off. I'm still not exactly overweight, however I want to get back into my beautiful wardrobe. I had absolutely no problems during the cleanse. Menopause has changed so many aspects of my life. After the first three days of the cleanse, I noticed that my hot flashes and sweats were greatly diminished. Among that, my quality of sleep and the amount of sleep I get have improved, my hidradenitis is gone, my anti-perspirant works again, my skin is even more flawless than usual and I lost 7lbs. Everything is back to normal. This product is amazing. I am so pleased with the results. I tried several of the recipes as well. My eating habits were never bad, however, they are now even better. What I have noticed since completing the cleanse is that as long as I don't eat cooked food, the hot flashes and night sweats are at a minimum. I have no problem with that. I recommend this for any person that wants to lose weight because it teaches you good healthy habits along the way. I will start a 10-day cleanse very soon. I know I can reach my goal. I did the Full Body Cleanse right after the ten day FBC and have lost 22 pounds in total, it takes some getting used to with all the pills and a large amount of water to keep your system cleaned out and detoxed but after a few days you start to notice the benefits of the herbs. Will probably do this again later this year along with the colon cleanse. *

I followed the 20 day plan and felt good. My energy levels were good. I enjoyed eating the salads and fruit and taking the de herbs detox supplements. I did not feel hungry and felt satisfied with the diet. I lost 20 lbs and was very satisfied. I use the Full Body Cleanse every year as a good detox and to lose any weight that I gain. Very satisfied. *
