I have done the 20 day Full Body Cleanse a few times now and I have been very pleased with the results. Not only did I drop weight but I felt more energized. I highly recommend this cleanse. *

I successfully completed my 20-day Full Body Cleanse!! I lost 15lbs. However, I was hoping for more of a weight loss. That said, I willingly accept the fact that I have gotten rid of 15 lbs that I never want to see again. I had good days and bad days. My biggest challenges were making sure that I prepared my meals ahead of time and taking the pills at the right time. I noticed that I am a lot more focused. It definitely cleanses your insides. I did use several of the recipes that are on the dherbs website. They were all tasty, in particularly the soups and the dips. Some of the ingredients I was not familiar with, however, I stuck to the recipes and they were delicious. I plan to do dherbs again in the next couple of weeks. However, I will plan my meals better and make sure that I set the alarm on my phone as a reminder to take the pills. -Down 15lbs and hope to double that next time!! *

I am currently on day 9 of the Full Body Cleanse and I feel great. I notice my energy levels have increased and I'm experiencing better mental clarity. I'm not able to report any drastic weight loss as I'm turing 50 this year and am pre menopausal but I am almost down one pant size from a 22W to a 20W. I also care for an adult daughter with special needs who needs everything done for her and as a result I have to handle foods that are not recommended while on the cleanse and there has been some nibbling and test tasting but no full partaking of these foods. My wife and I did the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. The first week was a little struggle but as time went on it got a lot better. We were very happy and excited with the results of the 20 day cleanse. I just competed the Full Body Cleanse. I never fall for celebrity reviews because often times I know they are getting paid to endorse a product. I prefer to hear from everyday people. I was very impressed with their testimonials so I decided to give it a try. I am a 56 yr old menopausal woman. When I called to inquire about the product I was told that because of menopause, I would probably only lose 7-8 lbs. I gained 15-20 lbs over the last 18m (due to menopause) and I want to get it off. I'm still not exactly overweight, however I want to get back into my beautiful wardrobe. I had absolutely no problems during the cleanse. Menopause has changed so many aspects of my life. After the first three days of the cleanse, I noticed that my hot flashes and sweats were greatly diminished. Among that, my quality of sleep and the amount of sleep I get have improved, my hidradenitis is gone, my anti-perspirant works again, my skin is even more flawless than usual and I lost 7lbs. Everything is back to normal. This product is amazing. I am so pleased with the results. I tried several of the recipes as well. My eating habits were never bad, however, they are now even better. What I have noticed since completing the cleanse is that as long as I don't eat cooked food, the hot flashes and night sweats are at a minimum. I have no problem with that. I recommend this for any person that wants to lose weight because it teaches you good healthy habits along the way. I will start a 10-day cleanse very soon. I know I can reach my goal.
