Bowel Motion has helped me significantly. I have struggled with constipation and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I went from having a bm every 3-4 days to having a bm every day. Bowel Motion makes you feel light and eliminates bloating and constipation, very little cramping and no discomfort and it works quickly.. Good way to clean your system or if you feel a little backed up or if your bowels don’t move daily. *
