I tried the bowel motion. Good product works very well. However, the recommended dosage was a bit much to start with. I had to start with a lower dose because the recommended dosage caused cramping. It did what it was supposed to do, I will definitely be ordering this product again soon. Great stuff. I would recommend the bowel motion to others. *

I give bowel motion 5 stars because for the most part it does what it says, But the last batch I ordered didn't quite work like previous orders. Not sure if it was because they were old or what, and I ordered 3 bottles at a time. So what ill do from now on is just order 1. *
