I took the D-Herbs Full Body Cleanse approximately a year ago. It was great for my body. I was actually able to lose about twelve Pounds during that period. That could have been more, because I actually did the cleanse during my birthday month, which caused a little cheating, and I also attended a party for a friend that graduated from med school during that time. I look forward to taking the cleanse again very soon. I feel that it instills mental discipline as well as the physical effects that it has to offer. It was hard the first couple of days. Now on day 6, it is starting to feel like a norm.It takes a little bit getting used to taking 30 pills a day on the Full Body Cleanse but once I started feeling my clothes getting loose, I decided it was worth sticking to it. Even though I like to see amazing numbers, I will be happy with inches first. On the other hand my husband decided that he would join me on this venture with me and starting taking the pills as well. In only a short four days he lost 9.5 pounds. *

I was ready to do the Full Body Cleanse. I am 11 days into it and look forward to the next nine. I have lost 10 pounds. I am diabetic and my blood sugar is much more stable. I no longer take Ambien to sleep and find I am sleeping quite well. The bathroom has become a constant companion but with much better results than before I started the cleanse. I will say that I have found purchasing organic fruits and vegetables seems costly; but, when I consider how much I spent on coffee, eating out, and snacks, I believe it more than equals out to what I spent before. Preparing the food is time consuming. This is because I have chosen to make this way of eating more than a 20-day experience and am learning the methodology of a raw foods diet. I may not end up entirely raw foods but I will not go back to the unhealthy way of eating even if it is more convenient. I set up alarms on my cell phone in order to keep on track with taking the herbs and that worked out very well. I feel more energized but not in a nervous way. I do like the smell of the herbs. Truly glad I am doing this! It won't be the only time I do it. *
