I will definitely purchase the Full Body Cleanse again, but the next time, I will be more disciplined with the diet portion. I did notice a change in my upper abdominal area after about a week and I went to the bathroom more often. I strongly recommend that you have your raw food ready, so that you are not tempted to eat the wrong things. The pill case does help and I wrote the times I need to take the capsules on the back of mine. *

The Dherbs Full Body Cleanse was life changing for me! I did the cleanse for a number if reasons but the most important reason was I just wanted to be healthy and after the cleanse I saw a significant decrease in my blood pressure and diabetes numbers and just a week after the completion of the cleanse I'm still not eating any chicken. I will say the cleanse itself for me was pretty okay, my biggest issues were nausea and migraine headaches, but overall a worthwhile, life changing experience. It was so many pills that I put off starting it. But once I did, the pills did not make me feel uncomfortable. I will admit, due to my work schedule, I missed the 2 last does a few times but continued after the 21 days to complete all the pills. I lost 12 lbs. I didn't exercise which I know I should had and can't stop eating my salads daily and fruit in the morning. I have 2 co-workers looking at the Full Body Cleanse now.
