I cannot say enough good things about this product, I started this cleanse and I'm down 18 pounds!. I feel good, never jittery. My eating habits have changed. Dieting has never been good for me and its very hard for me to stick to a strict diet. I admit I cheated some days by eating bread and meat, but through working out 6 days a week and counting my calories, I was still able to drop the weight. These products really work. I plan to continue using the supplements to get my desired weight I have a feeling with the aide of these products. Hello, I ordered the Weight Release Cleanse and Regimen this morning. I am really excited about trying this and being on my way to a healthy life style. I am a 550lb woman and my doctor said I should do this. I think after I do the Weight Release Cleanse and Regimen, I am going to do the Full Body Cleanse. The weight release really works! First the concept is a much better way to "lose" weight is to release it instead. It was challenging to keep up with the pill regiment, but I dropped 20 lbs quickly. I could tell the positive effects on my lungs/breathing and other vital organs. It also inspired me to stay with a raw food regiment as a lifestyle change. I highly recommend it for people committed to a new way of living. *

I started this program a week before Thanksgiving and boy was I insane. Well to make a long story short, I'm back to were I started and I've restarted with the pills. *

The weight release cleanse seems like it has the same effect as the 21 day cleanse. Lost about 10-12 pounds. *

I went on this cleanse in hopes of alleviating the sluggishness I had been experiencing due to gaining about 15 lbs. On this cleanse it was important to me to rid my system of toxins and to loose about 10 lbs. which I was able to achieve. I feel lighter and want to maintain this weight loss. I was skeptical at first but tried the Weight Release Kit & Regimen and was surprised. I really didn't know what to expect but my cravings for snack food decreased rapidly. This product made things easier while doing a raw vegan diet. My goal was to lose 30lbs but I lost about 17 doing everything this system called for. I did experience cramping through out the night while taking number 7 of the cleanse . For the amount of effort I expected more weight loss but I'll contribute that to not getting enough water throughout the night. *

I started this cleanse (Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen) a few weeks after the Full Body Detox. Results were amazing!!! I went from a size 10 to 6! The only downside is frequent bathroom trips first thing each morning...
