The weight release really works! First the concept is a much better way to "lose" weight is to release it instead. It was challenging to keep up with the pill regiment, but I dropped 20 lbs quickly. I could tell the positive effects on my lungs/breathing and other vital organs. It also inspired me to stay with a raw food regiment as a lifestyle change. I highly recommend it for people committed to a new way of living. *

The Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen made things easier while doing a raw vegan diet. My goal was to lose 30lbs but I lost about 17 doing everything this system called for. I did experience cramping throughout the night while taking number 7 of the cleanse. For the amount of effort I expected more weight loss but I'll contribute that to not getting enough water throughout the night. *
