Bowel Motion keeps my 19 year old daughter regular; by the way she is not a bad eater either. She had surgery on her stomach when she was a baby twice. She takes 1-2 pills a day of Bowel Motion and the toilet doesn’t get stopped up. I refuse to use anything that isn’t from the earth. No prescription pharmacy doctor medication. As an adult I've had GI problems, which OTC store bought stool softeners, laxatives and enemas never helped or were short term relief, not to mention are so horrible for your system! I started using the Bowel Motion after completing the cleanse which included this product. It was sensitive on my stomach and allowed me to have a good clean bowel every morning. I didn't have any cramping like other products would do you and it allowed me to not have that bloated feeling. I would recommend eating as clean as you can for the best results. I noticed a difference when eating along of veggies and fruits vs not getting enough of those in. I would still have a movement in the mornings, but sometimes it would be more solid vs soft. *

I have to admit the bowel motion pills worked great. I was using the bathroom so regularly I had to cut down to one pill a day. I'm a firm believer in this product and recommend it to anyone who has had issues with bloating, gas or constipation. I noticed after three weeks my stomach had went down and I wasn't experiencing bloating anymore. *
