I have only used the Bowel Motion for a few days now, but so far, it's proven to be very effective! I take 3 capsules at night and the next day my body is releasing after each meal! I have less bloating and I can actually feel and see the difference in my abdomen area! I might actually be bikini ready after a month's use! *

Bowel Motion is real! It’s amazing, regardless if I have eaten or not there is a Bowel in Motion. I wish I could use it daily, but worries is addiction and creating a lazier bowel/colon.
