I did the Full Body Cleanse for only 18 days instead of the full 20 and lost a total of 15 lbs. It was difficult in the beginning as my body adjusted to the lack of sugar and processed foods. Overall, I would do it again! I felt fabulous, energetic, and focused. I do recommend that if you are taking any prescribed medications or supplements, you check with your doctor first as every body is different. *
