I liked the product very much. While I did not lose a lot of weight, I did lose some. This however is not a knock on the product as I am not and have never really been overweight. My concern was more focused on cleansing the colon. Overall I liked the product and would use again. *

Excellent, I lost 17 lbs. and cheated by adding salad toppings and only did the cleanse for 18 days. I also started a new habit of juicing which is part of my morning regimen and ensures that I get lots of fruits and veggies daily. The only downside is that my body craved meat and I had very low energy even though I took all of the supplements. I am thinking of doing it again, but will most likely do a 7 or 10 day vs. the 20 day. *

I lost 14 pounds the first week! I think I slept better because I was up early and ready to go in the mornings! I ACTUALLY LASTED THE WHOLE 20 DAYS. THE PRODUCT TAKES A LOT OF SELF CONTROL AND DETERMINATION BUT THE RESULTS ARE AMAZING.
