The Full Body Cleanse was gentle, and I never had any strained or forced bowel movements (and I went A LOT). I encourage anyone who is planning to try this cleanse to prepare ahead of time by looking over the website's vast selection of raw recipes. This is something I didn’t do, and after 3 days of fruit and salad with lemon dressing, I was losing motivation. Some of the ingredients were harder to find in my area, but after a few orders through Thrive Market, I had a full selection of items to get me through. The only cons I experienced were the most severe headaches that started on the 3rd day and were gone by the 5th. Oh, the number of pills was a pain, but they work. I lost around 10 pounds, with absolutely no exercise, but that wasn’t my reason for the cleanse. I needed to break my really bad diet of caffeine and sugar.
