I have taken the Full Body Cleanse and literally gagged when taking 5 pills every few hours the first few days. But I was determined to finish the process and become accustomed to taking the pills. During the process I released so much yuck and wondered what I had allowed to build in my body. I finished feeling lighter, relaxed, freed. I would definitely detox again. *

Wow, talk about weight loss! I followed the health regimen and managed to lose 8 pounds in 2 weeks (it helped that my job requires frequent power walks). In addition to weight loss, I felt much lighter and more disciplined. I would recommend the Full Body Cleanse to my friends, but moreover to those prone to eating lots of junk food. *

The Full Body Cleanse worked great. It was hard at first but within 4 days I was okay. I had a lot of energy and I felt good. I lost 15 pounds in 21 days. *

I just finished the Full Body Cleanse Detox. It was pretty good. I did use the bathroom on the regular which was good. My skin cleared just a little, but it's pretty much the same so I guess it didn't really help for that although a lot of people said they skin cleared and got brighter. I guess I will try just the 10 Day Supreme Blood Cleanse next, maybe that will work. We will see! *

I used the Full Body Cleanse in the summer. Everyone was telling me how well I looked and that I was glowing. I must admit keeping up with the pill taking schedule was a bit hectic but once I got the swing of things it was ok. I lost about 8 pounds in two weeks. *

I've done this Full Body Cleanse twice and completed it only once. The first time around was a lot easier!! I love the way I feel on it, especially because one can actually eat, therefore no STARVING! My only complaint is that 21 days is an awfully long time to swallow a very large amount of pills... *
