The Full Body Cleanse has changed my life and how I view food. It was a little difficult the first 4 days, but I started feeling better. I have so much energy and I go to sleep earlier now, so I am able to wake up early too. I am looking to do another cleanse in June and I am recommending the Full Body Cleanse to all my family and friends! *

Love the Full Body Cleanse. I lost 12 pounds on it and you really get used to eating raw foods by the end of the 20 days. I am currently doing the Weight Release Cleanse and loving it! The hardest time is probably the first 7-10 days, but after that, it's really smooth sailing and you get the hang of it. Within the first couple of days, I lost around 5 pounds, then plateaued and was only losing a pound or two. In the last week, I lost 7 pounds and was amazed! *

This is the real deal. There are lots of pills to take but it definitely cleanses you out. I lost 5-6 pounds during the Full Body Cleanse. I possibly could have lost more but I didn’t eat only raw foods. I also got sick because of something else going on and had to stop for a week but started right back up to finish. This will make you have a bowel movement every morning! *
