This book has some very good information on what foods to eat and those to stay away from. It also provides the potential value of eat food and tells you what they are good for as well as their benefits. This book provides all of the details that you'll need to successfully complete the FBC along with how to maintain good eating habits after you complete the program. I learned a lot about enemas and colonics that I didn't know before and am considering both procedures in the near future. This book is a great purchase. *

The food pairing and recipe section made it well worth the purchase. I use miso paste in everything, so I was happy to see that I could still eat it. Soups are my go to for quick and easy meals, so that's what I made first. The cream of spinach soup! YUM! (I added a boat load of garlic & it helped me recover from a cold quicker!) I'm not much of a salad person, so all of the different salad dressings have helped me keep a little bit of variety. I haven't tackled the teas yet, but I'm getting there! *

The Full Body Cleanse Companion was very helpful. I like that it was step by step. Whenever I had a question or needed more information, I would just go to the Full Body Cleanse Companion and it had everything that I needed. Also, I liked that it explained each of the different supplements and what they did for the body. *

These products are by far the best I have ever tried! I ordered the full body cleanse along with the downloadable ebook 4 suggested Raw recipes. Taking 5 pills at a time and 6 times per day was a bit much in the beginning. After about the 4th day of following the direction to the best of my ability, it became much easier to follow. I was referred buy a close friend of mine to try the full body cleanse. Upon his completion of the full body cleanse, I saw the final product of which the full body cleanse is capable of. My friend was always one to go to the gym, work out hard, stick to a strict diet, and watch labels for everything he put into his body.
