The Full Body Detox Companion definitely aided in the successful results I received after performing the FBD. It's informative, easy to understand and has excellent recipes for different types of foods, salad dressings, what foods to combine and not to combine, from suggested bath aids and oils, remedies to pains, pleasures, etc. Anyone that does the FBD, I highly recommend you get the E-book. It's well worth more than $10. Get it and you'll see. You learn that there are so many things that you need to change about your eating habits and even better so many things that will help you get the best results while performing the FBD. *

These products are by far the best I have ever tried! I ordered the full body cleanse along with the downloadable ebook 4 suggested Raw recipes. Taking 5 pills at a time and 6 times per day was a bit much in the beginning. After about the 4th day of following the direction to the best of my ability, it became much easier to follow. I was referred buy a close friend of mine to try the full body cleanse. Upon his completion of the full body cleanse, I saw the final product of which the full body cleanse is capable of. My friend was always one to go to the gym, work out hard, stick to a strict diet, and watch labels for everything he put into his body. I did not believe that there could be any better of an outcome then what I already saw before me. Boy was I wrong! My friend managed to become more lean end fit, I realized he had more energy, sleeping better, was feeling better, and stop complaining of aches and pains. Once I saw all of these positive changes within himself, I knew I had to try this. I am still young and unfortunately have endured a great amount of complications with my personal health. The results I was seeing you my friend I knew could help change some of my health issues. As soon as I was financially able to afford the full body cleanse, I did so! I will say, I was NOT disappointed! When I completed the cleanse, I had lost about 12lb's. To date, I have maintained my weight-loss weight! I truly believe this cleanse saved my life and switched the way not just myself ..... My entire family eats! In preparation of ordering a 10 day cleanse! *

I loved this cleanse. I haven't wanted cigarettes or Starbucks in months. I smoked half a pack a day along with 2 visits to Starbucks per day too. I've saved so much money.
