I start taking this about 5 days prior to the onset of my menstrual cycle. All I can say is PMS free, AND my bleeding is now more lighter red in color. Another added bonus is that I don't bleed beyond 5 days. This tea is awesome. Yay!!!! I'm looking forward to the women's cleanse in April. Thank GOD for you all and your commitment to health! *

This is one of several products I’ve tried from Dherbs over the past few years, and as always, it met my expectations. I began drinking a cup every night 4-5 days prior to starting my period. The flavor is mild and tastes great with honey and lemon. From the moment I started menstruating, I was plagued with terrible dysmenorrhea for several years, with severe pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Upon discovering Dherbs menstrual cycle formula, it was the thing that drastically shifted the suffering I experienced every month. So this tea just helped to take things up a notch. My pain levels were minimal (considering where they had once been). I also noticed that my period was lighter overall. I did not see a reduction in the number of days, but it slowed down significantly earlier than usual. I noticed no breast tenderness prior to starting. I was less bloated and took less over the counter painkillers. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this tea and will keep it in my arsenal for ultimately combating all period symptoms. *

Omg....YES! My cramps were EXTREMELY mild. I usually have to take Naproxen and am doubled on the floor in pain but with this tea my cycle was heavy for 1 day. Planning to make this part of my menstrual regimen. *

After having my last child in Dec 2018 my periods were semi normal then I started getting really bad periods June 2019 I bled for 21-25 days off for 5 days then repeat. I became anemic and had low to no energy most days. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with adenomyosis. I would bleed so bad that I had to take medicine to stop the bleeding but that medicine made me very irritable and messed with me mentally so I was put on depo but I still bled, my Dr told me the only way this could be cured it to get a hysterectomy in which I refused and stopped the depo as well. I started looking into natural teas and came across Dherbs menstrual cycle tea and gave it a try my 1st month taking it I drank 2-3 cups of tea a day for the duration of my period, i still bled for 20 days but it was lighter. I was off for 16 days and when I came back on I started drinking the tea again, this period only lasted 7 days and was like a normal period. This tea is heaven sent for me and it really works I haven't had a normal period in 3 years. Thanks you Dherbs I will continue to purchase the menstrual cycle tea and even decided to purchase the energy tea as well, I am hoping that tea works as well as the menstrual cycle tea lord knows I am ready to have normal energy levels again!! *

I bought this for my daughter who was having a lot of issues with irregular periods that would go for a month or more. She does not like taking pills so opted out of the pill female cleanse. Within 3 days of taking this, and the other female-focused teas, her problem stopped. When she went to a gynecologist to find the root of the problem, they said it was hormone-related and drinking these teas regularly would continue to fix it. I have bought some for one of my other daughters as well. They really are the best! I highly recommend them. *
