This tea help during my menstrual cycle. I have really bad cramps it helps to soothe the pain during my menstrual cycle. I would have given it a five if this was the only thing I had to take during that time of the month, but unfortunately I still have to take over the counter medication but not as much. *

Moon Cycle tea is great! It took some getting used to the taste (& scent) and figuring out which sweetener (agave, pure honey, stevia or truvia) I enjoyed best with the tea. But once I got that all figured out, I noticed much ease and natural flowing of my menstrual cycle. *

I bought this for my daughter who was having a lot of issues with irregular periods that would go for a month or more. She does not like taking pills so opted out of the pill female cleanse. Within 3 days of taking this, and the other female-focused teas, her problem stopped. When she went to a gynecologist to find the root of the problem, they said it was hormone-related and drinking these teas regularly would continue to fix it. I have bought some for one of my other daughters as well. They really are the best! I highly recommend them. *

After having my last child in Dec 2018 my periods were semi normal then I started getting really bad periods June 2019 I bled for 21-25 days off for 5 days then repeat. I became anemic and had low to no energy most days. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with adenomyosis. I would bleed so bad that I had to take medicine to stop the bleeding but that medicine made me very irritable and messed with me mentally so I was put on depo but I still bled, my Dr told me the only way this could be cured it to get a hysterectomy in which I refused and stopped the depo as well. I started looking into natural teas and came across Dherbs menstrual cycle tea and gave it a try my 1st month taking it I drank 2-3 cups of tea a day for the duration of my period, i still bled for 20 days but it was lighter. I was off for 16 days and when I came back on I started drinking the tea again, this period only lasted 7 days and was like a normal period. This tea is heaven sent for me and it really works I haven't had a normal period in 3 years. Thanks you Dherbs I will continue to purchase the menstrual cycle tea and even decided to purchase the energy tea as well, I am hoping that tea works as well as the menstrual cycle tea lord knows I am ready to have normal energy levels again!! *
