I thoroughly enjoy these greens supplement pills. I started using them after I finished my first 20-Day Full Body Cleanse. I wanted to find another Dherbs product that would give me similar results regarding getting healthy vitamins and the evacuation process. I feel like the Electric Greens Combo supports both. I have put it on auto-delivery so I never miss a day. I would recommend highly because it works great, but I must also mention that I am a clean eater 90% of the time because I live with Type 1 diabetes and eat this way to support a healthy lifestyle with optimal longevity in mind. Do I have steak, bread and pasta once or twice a month.... yes. The rest of the time it's smoothies, lots of broccoli, collards, chopped salads and broiled or baked proteins like chicken, fish and eggs. Oh... and I have a thing for cheese.
