I compete in women’s bodybuilding and I’m pretty careful about what I take because I don’t want a bunch of junk in my system. My biggest issue lately was fatigue. I train early mornings and again later in the day, and by the second session I was dragging hard, even with coffee and pre-workout. I didn’t want to keep pounding caffeine because then I can’t sleep and that just makes recovery worse. I gave the Energy Formula a try because it’s herbal and not loaded with stimulants. The first thing I’ll say is this: it’s not like a crazy “buzz,” it’s more like my normal engine came back. I’m more awake and steady through the whole workout, not just the first 20 minutes.
