I started drinking the Lungs & Respiratory Tea a couple weeks ago when I was battling a stubborn cough, and I’m honestly impressed. After about 5 days I noticed my breathing felt less tight, especially when I woke up. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something natural to help with lung comfort. *

Being a smoker for 10 years, I quit cold turkey and began drinking this lung tea. It helped with my breathing and overall respiratory health in general. As a smoker this Lungs & Respiratory Tea has been heaven sent for my lungs. When I feel my lung tighten and sore I drink my tea and immediately I feel relief. The tea taste great and has a natural sweetness where I don’t have to add anything for flavor and I can drink it cold or hot. I've experienced a weakness in my lungs that was, apparently, a result of having had mononucleosis for 16 months, beginning at age 15. I've had pneumonia twice and bronchitis several times.
