I decided to try the 10 Day Colon Cleanse after hearing so many good things about it, and I’m honestly glad I did. By day three, I started noticing my digestion felt smoother, and the usual bloated feeling I’d get after meals was pretty much gone. I also felt lighter and had more energy throughout the day, which surprised me because I thought a cleanse would leave me feeling tired. The instructions were easy to follow, and I actually liked having the tea at night. It was a good cleanse for me, and I’m planning to do it again in a few months. *
