Reviews: 10 Day Colon Cleanse

This colon cleanse is very effective. The first few days were fine and I was able to completely stop drinking coffee and felt good eating a completely raw vegan diet. However, as the days progressed, the herbs made my bowel movements were very extreme and in some cases very extreme and painful. I may consider doing it again, but in five day increments. *

The 10 Day Colon Cleanse worked but I felt that it was too much for me to do with the crazy hectic sched I have. I work as a restaurant manager and my hours are all over the place so I found it hard to follow. You should come up with a 2 or 3 step procedure for ppl like me. Other than that it cleaned me out. *

10 Day Colon Cleanse was okay. The process of cleaning my intestines and colon went well. I wasn't sure about diet. Meaning, what I could and couldn't eat during the cleaning. The next time I will eat just fruits and vegetables for the 10 days. *

This colon cleanse was given to me as a gift from one of my best friends as I always wanted to have a colonic done, but decided on this instead. Let me just say that I FELT SO AMAZING after doing this cleanse!!! My body felt lighter, I lost inches and pounds, skin became clearer & I gained so much ENERGY!!! I only didn't give it 5 stars bc I had to really stay on top of the pills...but that was my personal struggle. I LOVE IT & WILL DEF DO IT AGAIN!!! *

I like these products, however, I feel like I got more bang for my buck and a more thorough intestinal clean from the 10 day Full Body Cleanse. I will continue to do the Full Body Cleanse a couple of times a year. *

The 10 Day Colon Cleanse worked pretty well. There are a lot of pills to take, and the fiber powder (intestinal colon cleanser mix) is absolutely disgusting. But I did not experience any uncontrollable urges to go to the bathroom or cramping. I feel lighter and I lost 10lbs! *
