I’ve been taking Fluid Formula for about three weeks now and I definitely feel less puffy. I used to wake up with swollen ankles and generally felt like my body was holding onto water, but this helped release that extra fluid. Not a magic overnight fix, but the bloating has gone way down and I feel lighter. Will be re-ordering! *

I did the 10 day cleanse 1st then brought this fluid formula and notice I lost more water weight. Worth it, especially if you retain fluids or have high blood pressure. I am about to do another 10 day cleanse. My husband and I do it every 6 months. I am going through peri menopause and I need to keep my weight loss off.
