Fluid formula helped with some of the swelling. I did see a change in swelling around the ankles the first week. The second more swelling went down. The 3rd week I missed taking 2 days and didn’t see good results. The 4th week I made sure I stayed on the Fluid pills and seen a better results. You probably need to be on the pills consistently to get better results. I will continue with the fluid pills. *

I used the Fluid Formula because I couldn't get rid of that bloated feeling. After using this product along with the Full Body Cleanse, that bloated, uncomfortable feeling went away. Picked up the Fluid Formula because I’ve been dealing with weird puffiness in my hands/ankles after long shifts. Been taking it a little over two weeks now and the first thing I noticed was my rings weren’t cutting into my fingers by late afternoon. My socks aren’t leaving those deep marks either, which used to bug me. I’m peeing a bit more but it feels like my body’s letting go of extra water instead of holding onto it.
