This is my second 10-Day Heart Cleanse. I did it first last year while I was doing a juice fast. I felt so much better after the 10 days. Now, I am eating, so it was a little different but at the end of the 10 days I felt amazing and still feel amazing! I will make it a point to do the 10-Day Heart Cleanse three times a year. I can feel the difference and my body is experiencing the benefits of these amazing formulas. Thank you! *

I just finished the Heart Cleanse. I stuck to the herbs and kept my food pretty clean, lots of veggies, no fried stuff. By day 5 I noticed steadier energy and my afternoon slump calmed down. My smartwatch showed my resting heart rate trending down a bit, 78 → 72 by the end, and my home BP readings averaged a touch lower too, 135/86 to 128/82. Still to check in with my doctor but I feel lighter, less tight in the chest on my morning walks and I slept better. Overall it helped me reset my habits and gave me a good push to keep eating cleaner. *

So, I gave this heart cleanse a shot more out of curiosity than anything. Heart health had been on my mind, especially with family history creeping in. Let me say: this is legit. Before I could start this heart cleanse, I came home from my other job and went to get up from the couch and everything was spinning! I went to get up to go to the bathroom and had to hold on to wall as it felt like I was going to fall. I went to the ER that morning and was diagnosed with peripheral vertigo, given meclizine. After 3 days, I decided to start the cleanse, after being on the cleanse for 3 days , I didn't need to take anymore medicine and had no further episodes and lost 8 pounds! *

I really love all of Dherbs products. I don’t have any heart issues that I know of but I took it anyway - maintenance never hurts. The one thing I did notice is that I must of had a lot of mucus in my chest because that started to come up. Overall it was a great product and I feel like it helped me. I feel great after taking the heart cleanse and will do it again. *

Have critical heart burn but while I did the heart cleanse, I had zero heart burn. *

My circulation was much better and my blood pressure decreased after completing this heart cleanse. Thanks DHerbs for always being 100% accurate. *
